If you are accessing our services as a representative of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

5. Booking and Scheduling

5.1 Session Booking

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website contact form, email, or phone. We will confirm your booking and provide session details including date, time, location (or video conference link), and any required preparation materials.

5.2 Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Rescheduling requests can be made by email or phone. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred alternative time, subject to coach availability.

5.3 Cancellation by Client

Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee. See our Refund Policy for additional details.

5.4 Cancellation by Master Your Voice

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund at your discretion.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Fees

Current pricing for our services is available upon request or as quoted during the consultation process. All prices are stated in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time, though changes will not affect services already booked and paid for.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as mutually agreed. Payment is typically required in advance of scheduled sessions unless alternative arrangements have been made.

6.3 Late Payment

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of scheduled sessions and suspension of services until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge late fees or interest on overdue amounts as permitted by applicable law.

6.4 Packages and Programs

Multi-session packages or programs must be paid in full before the first session unless payment plan arrangements have been made in writing. Package sessions typically expire within a specified period (e.g., 6 or 12 months) from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, coaching materials, methodologies, and software, is the property of Master Your Voice or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and coaching materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services you have purchased. You may not:

Important Notice: Master Your Voice provides professional coaching and training services. We do not provide psychological counseling, therapy, or mental health services. Our services are educational and developmental in nature.

Our coaching services are designed to help you improve communication skills, interview performance, and public speaking abilities. While we strive to provide valuable guidance and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, career advancement, or performance results.

8.2 Client Responsibility

Success in achieving your goals depends significantly on your own effort, commitment, and practice. You are responsible for implementing coaching recommendations and dedicating time to skill development between sessions.

8.3 Professional Boundaries

We maintain professional boundaries in all coaching relationships. If you require mental health support, therapy, or specialized professional services beyond our scope, we will recommend that you seek appropriate professional assistance.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Osaka, Japan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.

13.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for services already rendered or scheduled sessions within the cancellation notice period (see Refund Policy for details).
